My goal is to create a space where you can access delicious recipes along with information and tools to help you pursue a mindful and balanced lifestyle both mentally and physically.
I am a practicing registered occupational therapist and certified health and wellness coach. I work closely with cardiac and arthritis diagnoses, along with many others. My life’s passion is supporting and inspiring people to create and live the life of their dreams.
Life is all about balance. I am a survivor of a rare heart condition called Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome. My personal health journey has had it’s own share of twists and turns, but I have learned just how resilient our bodies are. Both my mental and physical wellness journeys have led me to dedicate my life to supporting others trying to find their own balance for a healthier lifestyle.
